Thompson Engineering, Inc. is a family owned Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company started by Lyle Thompson in 1973. Lyle is a native of Southeast Idaho, born and raised in Madison County. Lyle has worked for many public and private companies in the Northwest, including the State of Idaho and State of Utah Department of Highways.

Bank of Idaho - Island Park, Idaho
Site Plans are used to locate and identify important features before a building is designed. The Architects for the Bank of Idaho needed to know the size and location of existing trees, underground utilities, contour of the site, location of neighboring buildings, and access off of U.S. Highway 20. This site plan shows the location of these features. With this in hand, the architects were able to design the Bank of Idaho Building to meet the required specifications and codes. The property corners were also set for this Site Plan.
